Three Decades of Public-Private Partnerships

For over 30 years, AHDC has worked with numerous nonprofit organizations, housing authorities, and cities in developing affordable housing throughout California. We have co-developed and partnered with several Housing Authorities throughout California, including with the Housing Authority of the County of Butte, Housing Authority of the County of San Joaquin, Livermore Housing Authority, and Paso Robles Housing Authority.

    The Regional Housing Authority partnered with the AHDC team on an acquisition/rehab project in Colusa, CA. This specific property was struggling financially, but thanks to the creative thinking of AHDC, we were able to secure the capital stack to rehab and preserve this vital rural affordable housing asset.
