Meridian Pointe

Community Impact

Improving children’s after school and home environment by providing resident services, homework help, and a place for youth and adults to interact with others in a safe and secure environment.

Environmental Impact

Our recent renovation improved existing energy efficiency by over 20% which included replacing existing single pane windows with dual pane vinyl windows and upgrading heating and cooling systems. These measures have increased the quality of life of residents by leading to better health, economic security, and housing stability.

Economic Impact

Through AHDC’s long standing partnership with Central Valley Coalition for Affordable Housing, we were able to reposition and renovate this vintage apartment complex while maintaining the affordability levels at 50% and 60% AMI levels for all residents. The city of Stockton and the county of San Joaquin include many employment options for Meridian Pointe residents, many of which are located within a short commute. The property is in close proximity to essential services such as a supermarket, pharmacy, and park that are easily accessible to our residents and surrounding neighborhood including a transit route with high frequency stops that provide a reliable method of public transportation.
